His practice focuses on investment portfolio management and creating and implementing strategies to help his clients build and preserve wealth, plan for education and retirement as well as to achieve charitable and family wealth transfer objectives. He is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary^™ (AIF^®) providing services to non and for-profit organizations helping them manage and govern their endowment and qualified plan assets. Win is a founding member and CEO of Shorebridge Wealth Management, which launched in June 2013. Previously he spent 20 years at Hunter Associates serving as a financial advisor, shareholder and managing director responsible for day to day management and strategic planning.

Win has a bachelor's degree in economics and concentration in financial analysis from Dickinson College. He is a graduate of the College for Financial Planning, the Securities Industry Institute at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary^™ (AIF^® ) designation awarded by the Center for Fiduciary Studies. He holds the series 4, 7, 9, 10, 63 and 65 licenses.

Win lives in Gibsonia, Pennsylvania with his wife Karen and four children. He is active in the non-profit community, currently serving as a board officer for St. Barnabas Communities located in Gibsonia. For enjoyment, he is an avid golfer and shotgun sports enthusiast.
