Reed provides comprehensive wealth management and financial advice to high-net-worth clients both locally and across the country. Prior to joining Shorebridge in 2014, Reed worked for Hunter Associates, Inc. for seven years. Reed began his career as a lender and credit analyst with the corporate banking group at Dollar Bank.
Reed holds a bachelor’s degree in managerial economics from Allegheny College, holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation, is a Certified Financial Planner™ professional, and is a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy. He has received an Executive Certificate in Financial Planning through Duquesne University’s School of Leadership and Professional Advancement.
Reed enjoys spending time with his wife, Holly, and their two children, Keer and Aylee. He is a sports enthusiast and enjoys just about anything outdoor-oriented. Reed is a member of the Children’s Trust of the Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh Foundation, and a member of the Pittsburgh Foundation’s New Philanthropic Leaders program. Reed serves on the financial literacy committee of CFA Society Pittsburgh where he has led the society’s high school outreach and educator programs. His efforts were recognized by the CFA Society Pittsburgh in 2016 for excellence in financial literacy education.
