Adrienne Butterfield,

Adrienne joined Shorebridge Wealth Management in January 2024 and currently serves as the Director of Human Resources and Office Management. She oversees human resources, compensation, and business administration, bringing a thoughtful, people‑focused approach to nurturing a positive and collaborative workplace. In December 2025, Adrienne earned her SHRM‑SCP certification, further strengthening her commitment to excellence in strategic HR leadership.

Before joining Shorebridge, Adrienne built extensive experience in advisory‑firm operations and organizational management. She is known for her warm leadership style, strong sense of accountability, and dedication to continuous growth — both personally and professionally.

Outside the office, Adrienne enjoys spending time with her husband and three sons, as well as with extended family and close friends. She is an active member of the Amplify Church community in Plum Borough and a devoted sponsor of Compassion International. Guided by her faith, Adrienne approaches each day with gratitude, resilience, and a desire to make a positive impact on those around her.
